I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Double or Twin Room with comfortable beds and a stunning rooftop terrace that offered beautiful views. However, the breakfast options were pricier than expected and not as fresh as they could be. Additionally, noise from the courtyard was disruptive at times, making it hard to relax.

Exceptional cathedral views from rooftop, artistic hotel interiors, unique historical ambiance
The noise issues from the rooftop bar and nearby events made it hard to enjoy a peaceful stay!!! Additionally, the condition of certain bathrooms needs attention, as they appeared a bit tired and not up to standard!!!

We loved the rooftop bar for evening drinks and enjoyed the local tapas at nearby restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring with easy access to everything. Don't miss breakfast. lots of variety, although a bit on the pricey side.
One small downside was that the hotel bar seemed a bit hidden and it didn't appear to be open during our stay, which was a letdown since we wanted to enjoy that atmosphere.

Family with children should stay for the comfort
We had an amazing time in this hotel. The room was large and comfy, with a fabulous bathroom that was super clean, everybody loves a good shower, right? Also, Alba at the concierge was a lifesaver, she gave us great tips on what to do around. It made the trip so much easier.
It wasn't inexpensive but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Staying here with my family was fantastic! We ventured to Isla Mágica, an amusement park just a short drive away, and it was a blast. The hotel's charm, especially the intricate patios, made returning each day a delight, and the delicious breakfast fueled our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more seating options for families. It was quite busy during our stay, and we ended up standing while our father was trying to relax.

Oh, the seafood at nearby Mechela Arenal was a real treat, and don't even get me started on El Pimenton’s tapas that will make your taste buds dance! The rooftop bar at Vincci offers breathtaking views of the city, and the beds? Quite comfy, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of culinary exploration.
However, the early check-in situation was a bit of a downer. After a long haul from the UK, my request fell flat, and we were left waiting until 3 PM just to freshen up.

The hotel boasts a rooftop terrace offering stunning city views, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. The location is a real win too, just a short stroll to major attractions and local dining spots.
After moving rooms, we faced street noise from refuse collection trucks at odd hours, leaving us sleep-deprived. Additionally, both the roof terrace and internal patio were closed for repairs during our weeklong stay, which felt limiting. The atmosphere was further disrupted by a private event in the lobby on our last night, shutting down our access to common areas when we needed them most. Finally, an email I sent to the hotel regarding these issues went unanswered, which is frustrating when seeking resolution.
